Ahead of Sales Kickoff, I delivered two high-fidelity AI-driven admin concept experiences in three days—one for HR & Talent Admins and one for L&D Admins. The work aligned leadership on the platform’s future, anchored SKO product storytelling, and equipped Sales with a clear, compelling vision.

THE PROBLEM

Tedious workflows hindering efficiency

Inconsistent UI, unintuitive grouping, no actionable items upfront, and excessive clicks made this vital experience inefficient for both admins.

It felt like excessive digging to find what they were looking for.

THE PROCESS

From meeting outline to high-fi prototype

I synthesized stakeholder stories into end-to-end admin workflows, identified the highest-impact pain points, and applied AI where it could meaningfully reduce friction—delivering admin-specific prototypes built on existing design system assets.

The redesign introduced a future-facing admin experience where AI plays a central role in reducing effort and increasing velocity:

For HR & Talent Administrators;
• AI suggested qualified candidates based on requisition needs
• Automated drafting of follow-up tasks and communication
• Clear visibility into hiring progress with predicted bottlenecks
• Streamlined oversight of multiple requisitions in one place

For L&D Administrators;
• AI-generated recommended learning paths
• Automated content tagging and organization
• Insights predicting learner engagement and course completion
• Simplified workflows for assigning and tracking training
